Comfeel Plus Ulcer is a hydrocolloid dressing with alginate which increases its absorption capacity. The semi permeable top film allows exudate to evaporate while keeping water and bacteria from entering the wound.

When in contact with exudate, the dressing forms a gel that absorbs the exudate without adhering to the wound.
