Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.
If goods arrive:

please notify us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Where possible, damaged deliveries should be signed for as damaged.
Non-Returnable Items

The fastest way to obtain a replacement item is usually to:

Refunds
